Muweileh Community

As part of our pursuit in providing better living standards, we have launched the Muweileh Community project which is located right next to the beautiful University City in Sharjah, with the aim of catering mainly the academic and educational sector. 

There are approximately 21 schools and 17 universities within the neighborhood and home to about 70,000 students. The community is surrounded by a variety of dining, leisure, entertainment and shopping establishments like Nesto Hypermarket, Lulu Hypermarket, Safari Mall and Sharjah Expo Center. Muweileh Community is close to Sharjah International Airport and Dubai road links making it ideal in terms of accessibility and travel aspects as well.  
 
Muweileh Community is comprised of 9 plots, divided into 8 distinct buildings and 1 community centre. It has a total of 440 residential units and 24 retail and dining spaces.  The community centre's total area of 8,000 square feet serves as the multi-purpose hub of offices, common area and study rooms. This project has a rooftop swimming pool, a great spot for uninterrupted views of the downtown and Sharjah’s skyline. Separate gents’ and ladies’ gym were also put up.
